M-BUS communication remote meter reading solution
Introduction to M-BUS remote meter reading system.
M-BUS wired remote meter reading system is independently developed by Jingda, integrating intelligent meters, computers, and network communication technologies. It has the functions of real-time/timing and fixed-point meter information collection, storage, query, statistics, and meter control. According to customer needs, it can be expanded to realize information management functions such as network information release and query, telephone voice or SMS notification, self-service query, data report upload, etc. The system adopts a three-level architecture and two-level transmission data transmission management mode. The system can monitor the water volume data, valve status, abnormal alarm and other meter status of the terminal meter in real time online.
Principle of automatic meter reading:
1. The data concentrator is set to store data (generally set to 00:00:00). At this time point, the data concentrator automatically freezes, collects and saves the meter status data such as the cumulative reading, valve status, battery voltage, etc. of the water meter.
2. The system software reads the data regularly, reads the frozen data stored in the data concentrator through the secondary network (Ethernet or GPRS) and saves it to the database of the upstream server, and finally displays it in the application through software analysis.
Advantages:
1. The communication bus provides energy supply for the meter.
2. Water volume data and water meter status are monitored online.
3. Built-in valves can be used to realize remote control function.
